Taking the guesswork out of fitness

Online personal training is the more affordable alternative to traditional personal training. Rather than charging an hourly fee and analysing every rep as you workout at the gym, I will guide you from afar, providing as much or as little support as you need. If you would like me to review your squat technique, you can send me a video; if you have an urgent nutrition question, you can send me a message; or if you just need to be told what to do in the gym and nothing more, then I can create your programme and leave you to it. This holistic approach to personal training comes at a low monthly cost, and can include as many sessions per week as you would like.

During your onboarding, I will get to know you better, understand your goals, and identify your pain points, all with the aim of creating the most efficient and effective workout plan. Your fully bespoke plan can contain a combination of training modalities; traditional strength training, running, HIIT, home workouts, mobility, and more. It will form the basis of your mobile and desktop-friendly logbook, which you will complete after each session to track progress. Every 4 weeks your plan will change slightly to ensure consistent progression and keep it engaging!

At the end of each week, we will check in to see how things are going. I will answer any questions that you may have, review your training logbook, and discuss targets for the coming week. Online personal training has the unique ability to go beyond just the training aspect of fitness. You will have access to me for all your queries regarding nutrition, sleep, recovery, mobility, and more. Throughout your journey, my role is to take the guesswork out of fitness for you.
