Hi, I'm David

And I believe you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

I help people get fitter, healthier, and happier, and I'd love to help you, too. With a background in elite level swimming, and more recently functional fitness and hybrid training, fitness has been my passion for many years. I've been through the struggles of feeling lost in the gym, the plateaus in progress, and being overwhelmed by the vast array of health and fitness information out there. I know how it feels.

I've also seen firsthand the incredible results that can be achieved through consistency and dedication, and the drastic improvements in mental and physical health that come with those results. I'd love to share that with you. I know you're capable of achieving your fitness goals, and I am here to help you build the best version of yourself.

After conducting a thorough lifestyle analysis and goals assessment, I will provide you with a fully bespoke training plan tailored to you, your schedule, and your preferences. I'll give you all the tools you need to make your workouts as efficient and effective as possible.

I will keep a close eye on your progress through training logbook and food diary analyses, weekly check-ins, and fortnightly video calls. These tools used to track progress are designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, and will enable you to get the most out of your training plan.
