Initial Consultation (excluding 45 minute trial)- Free

During the initial consultation, we will discuss a number of topics, including:

Lifestyle & Fitness assessment (refundable if booking 10 sessions) – £60

The lifestyle and fitness assessment will last approximately one hour and includes a series of fitness and flexibility tests, Body Fat Measurement, Weight & Body Measurements, BMI and others

Dietary assessment and 7-day plan – £60

A comprehensive assessment of your diet plus a personalised weekly plan to follow with suggestions for improvements, changes and any other advice that you may need for a healthy and happy diet. This can also be done via email.

Online services

Online personalised weekly programme + ongoing email support – £50

If personal training isn’t for you, or you are too far away from my area, I can still offer you my services online. I will personally write you a challenging weekly exercise regime to be used at the gym, outside, or in the comfort of your own home. Each programme will be specific to your needs and abilities and fully detailed, with correct techniques, targeted muscles groups and diagrams. A short questionnaire will need to be filled out beforehand to ensure you receive the safest and most effective workout possible. On top of any programmes written, I offer ongoing email support if you have any questions associated with the workout, or indeed any other aspect of health and fitness that you may require.

Online reprogrammes – £20

Any additional programmes requested will only cost an extra £20, but will contain the same level of detail and support as the initial. Payments for online programmes can be made either by cheque, made out to David Staffell and sent to the address on the contact page, or through Paypal, by clicking the following button.
