My Approach

Personal Training isn’t just about being told what to do, shouted at and pushed to the point of breakdown. It’s not even strictly about having someone by your side to help you reach your goals where you don’t feel you can alone. Indeed these are some of the reasons that people seek the help of a Personal Trainer, but there is much more to it than just that. The key to a fit and healthy lifestyle is not just limited to physical well-being, but encompasses an overall fitness of both the body and the mind. My unique training approach aims to improve on both of these so that not only do my clients leave each session feeling like they’ve had an excellent physical workout, but also that they have been mentally stimulated. But hey, if you just want to be shouted at, I will do that too!

Services

I offer home or outdoor training and I provide the necessary equipment for fun, challenging and effective workouts. I cater to all ages, abilities and body types, and through expert knowledge, coaching and motivation, offer a comprehensive and ongoing evaluation of my clients’ needs and goals.

Based in Richmond-Upon-Thames, I operate in and around the West London area, predominantly Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Strawberry Hill, Kingston, Hampton, Hampton Hill, Sheen, Mortlake, Kew, Chiswick, Barnes, Castelnau, Roehampton Putney, Wandsworth, Wimbledon,  and more. See the map below for the whole area that I cover. Having lived in Richmond for 23 years, I know the Borough very well, and realise its potential as one of the top areas in London to exercise.
